Vision

Bodymind Microschools creates transformative learning environments for girls, where individualized education, embodied self-regulation, and spiritual development are fully woven into daily school life. Rooted in universal values and designed for diverse learners, our program empowers young women to lead with presence, clarity, and inner strength.

We are currently building our flagship location in Oro Valley, Arizona, serving students in grades 5–8.

Core Values

Supporting Diverse Ways of Learning
We honor individual strengths, gifts, and ways of engaging with the world. Our inclusive approach values neurodiversity and supports a wide range of learning needs, helping students understand themselves as learners and grow with clarity and confidence.

Inner Awareness & Self-Regulation
We support students in cultivating self-awareness through embodied practices, such as breathwork, yoga, and quiet contemplation. These foundations nurture emotional resilience, clarity of thought, and the ability to navigate learning and life with intention and care.

Honest Relationships & Community Care
We foster compassionate relationships grounded in honesty, accountability, and shared responsibility for ourselves, each other, and our communities.

Spiritual Development Rooted in Universal Values
We create space for wonder, stillness, and meaning-making. Rooted in universal values drawn from the world’s wisdom traditions, our approach supports spiritual growth within a secular, inclusive environment. We welcome students from diverse spiritual backgrounds and beliefs.

Empowering Young Women as Thoughtful Leaders
We nurture the development of young women by cultivating strength, intuition, voice, and wisdom—supporting students in becoming grounded, courageous, and reflective leaders in an evolving world.

Our mission is to educate young women from the inside out.

“Education shouldn’t pull students out of themselves to perform. It should guide them inward, to connect, to embody, and to lead from the strength of their own presence and inner light.”
